Stacey McCarthy, L.Ac., EAMP
Stacey McCarthy has practiced acupuncture and Chinese medicine for 25 years. She earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and has spent her career working with complex, real-world people, not just diagnoses.
Her work is practical, curious, and grounded in Chinese medicine. She pays attention to patterns: what changed, what the body is doing now, what does not quite fit, and what might help move things in a better direction. Her background as an EMT and in rural emergency medicine informs a calm, straightforward approach, especially when the picture is complicated.
Stacey values careful listening, clear thinking, and treatments shaped around the person in front of her. She also believes good medicine works best when there is still a little room for mystery.
